To initiate a return, follow these steps:

    • Ship the item to the address provided in tour contact us page. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item received).

    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

3. Refunds

  • Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted, such as for items that are not in their original condition or are returned after the 30-day period.

4. Exchanges

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:
